Mete is a world-class skater who can advance the puck at will with elite level speed, acceleration and explosiveness. The undersized defenseman logs heavy minutes at the Minor Midget level and is an above average offensive zone defenseman. His lack of size and strength could be a problem at the next level in dealing with bigger forwards, and questions about whether or not he has the type of shot and natural offensive instincts to run a powerplay will be questions to consider when projecting what type of role the 5-foot-9 defenseman can play.
